The process

The process of neurobalance consists of an initial assessment followed by six training sessions , called an Intensive.

The process starts with a brain assessment which takes approximately 1½ hours, and using an EEG machine, simply records brain activity at your frontal, central, occipital, parietal, and temporal regions. The assessment shows how your brain has stored stress and trauma, causing imbalances. The impact of these imbalances will be evident in the symptoms that you experience in your daily life.

Each training session thereafter takes 2 hours, and the six training sessions need to be completed within a two week period.

The diagram below explains the process of brain training.
