Alcohol and recreational drugs: We strongly recommend that you abstain from alcohol or recreational drugs during brain training and for at least 3 weeks afterwards. These substances dilute and impede the positive new brain wave patterns.
Other therapies: We advise that acupuncture, chiropractic work, craniosacral therapy and other forms of energy work be avoided during training and for 3 weeks afterwards.
Medication: please continue to take medication according to your practitioner’s instructions. Any changes in medication should only be made in consultation with your doctor.
Optimize the process:
- Drink plenty of water during your training process
- Eat extra good quality protein to provide your brain will the building blocks for change
- Gentle daily exercise during the process is beneficial
- Omega 3s are known for their brain boosting capacity, and can aid the training process
Keeping a journal when you decide to train and continuing for at least a month after training will help you to keep track of your own progress. It is important to note that many people notice significant changes in the weeks following brain training.
