A Balanced Brain makes for a Love of Life!

Life itself is like that. We are going to get kicked at times. If our brain is off balance when life throws a kick at us, we are unable to move out of the way fast enough which means that we get hurt or knocked down. On the other hand, if our neural network is in balance, we have a natural instinct and ability to move in the manner called for in each situation.

Experiencing a meaningful life requires maintaining our balance. If we picture ourselves with the weight of the world on our shoulders, we feel we can hardly cope.
